- The county party is weak, the districts are strong
- We hold a bunch more offices now, and the office holders will drive the party not the party leadership
- Valparaiso will continue to be the guiding force whether south county likes it or not
- Duneland is a real opportunity, although Fair Haven is no longer running things
- We may win the Portage mayor's race if the Dem primary is ugly
- Watch for redistricting to change the house and senate seats enough that we can gain one of each.
- Local tea party is done. RLC is growing and a positive influence.
